On March 6th, the BVMS Jazz Band will attend a contest at Augustana College.
6:30- Load Busses
7:15- Warm-up at Augie
7:45- Performance time at Augie- Parents are welcome to attend! Please join us in the Lillehaug Instrumental Rehearsal Room. It is on the far south end of the Humanities Building on the Augustana Campus off Grange Avenue.
After our performance, we will watch other jazz bands perform and observe clinics by several prominent jazz musicians. We will eat lunch on campus and watch the noon concert of Augustana's Jazz Band. We'll return to the Middle School about 2:00.
Please bring $8.30 for lunch. Students should wear all black for the performance.
